Training in the field of debate skills and scientific research mechanisms is conducted for participants before they debates in public events. The training last for five days, each training session targeted 15 participants, who were selected through open submission via the Foundation’s page. The training included debating basics, speech style, and scientific research methods, by specialist trainers whom participated in TOT in Debates and have great experiance in thier fields. After the training end six-eight of the male and female trainees are selected to participate in the public debate that is orgnaized by Basement team.
