Within the activities of the Knowledge Exchange Forum, the Basement Cultural Foundation held, through its online broadcast, on its Facebook page an art exhibition by the artist Haya Al-Hamoumi, entitled “Passion”, and a piece of music played on the piano by artist Saber Bamatraf, entitled “A Quarantine”. On Thursday, June 18, 2020, at eleven in the morning.
Our first part is with An art exhibition entitled “Passion”.
Haya Al-Hamoumi is a young plastic artist, holding a BA in the French language, a guitar player, and she was a speaker at the 2018 TEDx International Conference, entitled Therapeutics in Fine Art.
She has presented her work in 30 art exhibitions individually and collectively, some of which addressed social and humanitarian issues.
In 2018, she participated in an exhibition in the State of Kuwait, and in 2019 at the Arab Artists Forum in Egypt, Arab Visions Exhibition in Egypt, and the 8th Symposium Exhibition in Jordan. She also participated in more than 10 exhibitions in Saudi Arabia, one in Turkey, and many exhibitions during the Corona pandemic period, supervised by the French Without Borders Association.
معرضاً فنياً للفنانة التشكيلية هيا الحمومي بعنوان "شغف" - مؤسسة بيسمنت الثقافية فعالية رقم 416ضمن فعاليات منتدى التبادل المعرفي فعالية رقم 416 تقيم مؤسسة بيسمنت الثقافية عبر بثّها المباشر (أونلاين) على صفحتها على الفيسبوك معرضاً فنياً للفنانة التشكيلية هيا الحمومي بعنوان "شغف". هيا الحمومي فنانة تشكيلية شابة، حاصلة على بكالوريوس في اللغة الفرنسية، وهي عازفة جيتار، ومتحدثة في مؤتمر تيدكس العالمي لعام 2018 بعنوان التداوي بالفن التشكيلي. شاركت في 30 معرضاً فنياً فردياً وجماعياً، تناولت بعضها قضايا اجتماعية و إنسانية. حيث شاركت عام 2018 في معرض في دولة الكويت، وفي عام 2019 شاركت في معرض ملتقى الفنانين العرب في مصر، و معرض رؤى عربية في مصر، ومعرض سمبوزيوم الثامن في الأردن. كما شاركت في أكثر من 10 معارض في السعودية، ومعرض في تركيا، ومعارض في فترة جائحة كورونا أشرفت عليها جمعية بلا حدود الفرنسية.

The second Part is with a piece of music played on the piano entitled “A Quarantine”.
The artist Saber Bamatref, he is a pianist and amateur musician, who has many artistic contributions at the local level. Saber publishes music through his page on Facebook in addition to other media such as Soundcloud, including the tracks of his first album, “Turning Point”, where he composed and compiled tracks of that album since 2014, along with other musical works that take place according to events happening around the world such as his “Quarantine”.
Saber is rephrasing and coordinating world-famous music, such as his special variants of Beethoven “For Elisa” and “Moonlight Sonata”, where he merged and included them in his album to attract a multicultural audience, which is one of Saber’s main goals to get his message across. Besides, Saber is currently working on issuing a modern music series inspired by the diverse Yemeni heritage and folklore, which tries to present the musical and historical heritage of Yemen with a new style and a global template away from populists, in an attempt to deliver a message inside highlighting what brings us together, and a message abroad is changing the picture taken from Yemen represented by wars and regional and international interests, so that the focus is on Yemen, the human being above all.
فقرة موسيقية عزفاً على البيانو للفنان صابر بامطرف بعنوان "حجر صحي" -مؤسسة بيسمنت الثقافية فعالية رقم 416ضمن فعاليات منتدى التبادل المعرفي فعالية رقم 416 تقيم مؤسسة بيسمنت الثقافية عبر بثّها المباشر (أونلاين) على صفحتها على الفيسبوك فقرة موسيقية عزفاً على البيانو للفنان صابر بامطرف بعنوان "حجر صحي". الفنان صابر بامطرف، هو عازف بيانو ومؤلف موسيقي هاوٍ، له العديد من المشاركات الفنية على المستوى المحلي، ينشر صابر مقطوعاته الموسيقية عبر صفحته على الفيس بوك إلى جانب الوسائط الأخرى كالساوندكلاود، من ضمنها مقطوعات ألبومه الأول "نقطة تحول"، حيث قام بتأليف وتجميع مقطوعات ذلك الألبوم منذ عام 2014، إلى جانب الأعمال الموسيقية الأخرى التي تطرأ وفقاً للأحداث التي تجري حول العالم كمقطوعته عن الحجر الصحي. يقوم صابر بإعادة صياغة وتنويعات على الموسيقى العالمية الشهيرة، كتنويعاته الخاصة لمعزوفتي بيتهوفن "لأجل إليزا" و"سوناتا ضوء القمر" حيث قام بدمجها وإدراجها ضمن مقطوعات ألبومه ليجذب بذلك جمهوراً متعدد الثقافات، وهو أحد أهداف صابر الرئيسية لإيصال رسالته. إلى جانب ذلك، يعمل صابر حالياً على إصدار سلسلة موسيقية حديثة مستوحاة من التراث والفولكلور اليمني المتنوع، يحاول من خلالها تقديم الإرث الموسيقي والتاريخي لليمن بأسلوب جديد وقالب عالمي بعيداً عن الشعبويات، في محاولة منه لإيصال رسالة للداخل في تسليط الضوء عما يجمعنا كيمنيين، ورسالة للخارج في تغيير الصورة النمطية المأخوذة عن اليمن المتمثلة بالحروب والمصالح الإقليمية والدولية، بحيث يتم التركيز على اليمن الإنسان قبل كل شيء.
