Event 407 – “A Beauty Mark on the Butterfly’s Leg”

On Thursday the 5th of December 2019, Basement Cultural Foundation held a poetic event titled “A Beauty Mark on the Butterfly’s Leg”. The event was concurrent with the International Poetry Movement events. Al-Lawzi started to read some of his poetry on the event. Later on, Professor Abdul-Wahab Al-Maqaleh and Nabeel Qasem spoke about the poetic experience of poet and some mutual personal experiences with him. 

Then, the exhibition of the Young Ahmed Yaslem, 13 years old artist, was introduced by his teacher Iman Abu Kahla, and she spoke about him and gave the mic for him to speak about his experience of an exhibition that amused the audience.
