What is the need for Think Tank project?

Yemen is lacking of thinking and independent institute especially in political issues. Research centers are so few, and most of these centers are ruled by political parties or by government. They also are not working in common standard of Think Tank in development countries.  

Through this project, Basement aim to concern about some issues that do a big impact in our society and in our democrat development life. The project focuses on 9 issues. Basement hosts number of experts in the particular issues and start to discuss about it and put some recommendations to the discussion maker. Then, Basement implements 9 public events to publish the recommendations.
